Extracurricular Activities Outside of the classroom, St. Vincent School students have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of extra-curricular activities. These activities nurture students and contribute to the development of the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. St. Vincent School’s extra-curricular programs promote faith, service, leadership, fellowship, knowledge, athleticism, creativity, and fine arts. Each activity is under the guidance and leadership of a faculty or staff member, a parent, or a trained volunteer. Activities operate on set schedules during the school year. We notify students and families of upcoming activities prior to the start of each program cycle or athletic season.

Extra-Curricular Participation Policy In order for students to participate in any extra-curricular activity – including try-outs or practice – they must have a participation slip signed by all of their classroom teachers, parent/guardian, and the principal. A student may not participate if he/she has a “D” or an “F” in academics or conduct. The classroom teacher will monitor the student’s progress. The classroom teachers, principal, or coach can suspend participation privileges at any time during the trimester if a student’s academic performance is below level or if his/her behavior is inappropriate.
